As part of our commitment to the taste buds of the human race, we have employed a mad scientist to invent new flavours for us to tease and tantalise you all with.
Only joking. We don't really employ a scientist. We'll leave the snail and cranberry cupcake to Heston...
However, we DO have Taste Test Tuesdays when we try out seasonal specials and wacky one-offs. Christmas Pudding Cupcake has been and gone now, and will return in time for next year's festivities.
Our thanks go out to Rachel in Wolverhampton for her Key Lime Pie suggestion. The delicious KLP has been thoroughly tested (probably more often than was really necessary) and is now available for your tasting pleasure! With a biscuity/cakey bottom, a zesty lime baked middle, and a lime cream cheese frosting to top it off, KLP is sure to unlock your taste buds.
Chocolate Honeycomb is our current project and we are pretty close to releasing it. We've been through some serious experimentation to get the perfect honeycomb, and after some spectacular explosions we have tamed it and perfected the technique.
